"I have switched from Arbiter to GameSource for assigning officials and it has been a great decision. It is super user friendly, fast, and overall a better system. From the fact that it does not constantly kick me out of the system while I'm in the middle of assigning, to the great response time from support should I have any issues. Support is not only fast to respond but is super friendly to deal with from all aspects. On the payment side, it is excellent as well. One thing that officials in particular have loved is they no longer have to request their money. Once I pay them it automatically transfers to their bank account. It is always a hard decision when making a major switch especially when you have to learn a new system. It is totally worth the learning curve and I wish GameSource would have been around years ago. It sure has alleviated the frustration I had while assigning using a different system."

"As an AD, GameSource is my 'right hand' in that I have all the information I need in one place. I can access it from my computer or phone easily and within seconds. It has been particularly helpful to have all our game information in one place with linked directions, referee assignments and score reporting. I also appreciate having the ability to look up another organization's games when trying to schedule with them. This was especially handy during this COVID year when there were more cancellations/reschedules than usual. This saves time and effort both ways. Our organization also fully utilizes the Event Scheduling feature to schedule practices and organizational events. Overall, the program is user friendly and easy for coaches and parents to figure out. I also appreciate the 'real time' ability to see what is going on with schedule changes. The immediate info is often helpful. On top of all the great features the software provides, GameSource offers superior customer service. When I have a question I receive a response almost immediately. Sometimes, I find the program even altered to accommodate the issue we were having! But if this is not possible the staff at GameSource always work me through a way to get the information I need. Overall GameSource has improved our organizational efficiency and helped me be a more productive AD."

"GameSource is very prompt and thorough in communications with our organization. We manage 19+ schools in Arizona and since we have taken on GameSource as a partner in 2020, we have found them to be a viable option to bring the school's athletics management program together in a user friendly way and eliminating the need for most old-school paper filing and spreadsheet formats saving our athletic directors time and resources!
